Responsibilities

Make an impact
  • You are going to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects under the guidance of project managers.
  • You will use Utilize Azure DevOps to track project progress, manage tasks, and collaborate with team members.
  • Your task will be to support the organization of project-related documentation and ensure all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • In addition, you will participate in team meetings, take notes of the sessions and assigned tasks.
  • Another task would be, that you will be helping to coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Furthermore, you will analyze data to support project planning and traceability.
  • Most importantly, you will maintain a self-organized schedule to balance academic commitments with work responsibilities.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • You are currently an enrolled Student (m/f/d) in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. You are available for 15 - 20 Hours a week 
  • You have basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • It is a plus, if you are familiar with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
  • You bring with you strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • You have good communication skills, both verbal and written in both English and German.
  • You are a proactive and self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and adapt.
