Swisslog Management

Jens joined Swisslog in 2020 as Head of AutoStore Europe until he took on the role of CEO of Swisslog EMEA in September 2021. Prior to his time at Swisslog, Jens held several leading positions in the logistics sector. During his time at Swisslog he has demonstrated his ability to successfully transform an international complex business, bringing different cultures closer together, and achieving financial growth. His extensive experience and unwavering commitment to our company's growth and cultural transformation led to his appointment as Swisslog CEO, starting January 2024.

Robert joined Swisslog in November 2021 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has more than 25 years of global finance experience in leading companies like Osram and Philips, being responsible for global finance teams.  Having worked and lived abroad in various countries like USA, Singapore, Netherlands and Germany he is strongly familiar with different market approaches and cultures.  Robert, a born Austrian, has a Master in Business Administration (Controlling, Accounting, Internal Control) from the Vienna University and a Master of Law from the University Salzburg.
