Responsibilities
- You will focus on the development of your team and the support organization dedicated to our installed base across the world.
- You will also be able to support in shaping the strategic direction of Customer Service Excellence in regards of support, maintenance, and field services by different initiatives, projects, both strategic and operative.
- Together with your team, you will plan and coordinate all field assignments and distribute support tickets for prompt resolution.
- You are jointly responsible for ensuring compliance with all labor law and occupational safety regulations.
- You will also be responsible for the tools and toolkits as well as coordinate the organization of Customer training courses.
Application Requirements
- Sound professional experience in the field of technical support, ideally from our automation intralogistic industry.
- Experience with automation controls is an advantage.
- Experience in support and maintenance of electromechanical and controls equipment is desirable.
- You are fluent in English and preferably also in German / Swedish too.
