The position holder will leverage his/her leader-ship, collaboration and influencing skills to ensure we capture the highest quality candidates through passive talent sourcing, and that we are thoroughly screening, interviewing and on-boarding with the highest sense of urgency, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Make an impact
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Develop and manage a robust program to maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Use a variety of recruiting tools and techniques to build an effective pipeline of candidates, which may include traditional job posting to common and niche sites, proactively sourcing talent, continuous networking, and other proven methods to find top talent
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Track proper data within the ATS system to ensure we understand the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders, as needed.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other people & organization resource staff during the offer process.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.  

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ of high volume full-cycle recruiting using structured interview process
  • Experience recruiting for a wide range of positions across a variety of levels
  • Deep understanding of and proficiency with modern recruiting strategies and techniques for applicant tracking, sourcing and candidate communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
