The solution is targeting customers in the Apparel, Groceries, Food & Baverage and General Merchandising industries. The following technologies are included: Light goods shuttle ASRS (Swisslog Cyclone Carrier), Light goods conveyor system (Swisslog QuickMove) and Goods to person stations. All orchestrated by the Swisslog Warehouse Control System (SynQ).Short Facts

Responsibilities
- You lead the development of blueprint contents including documentation, tools and trainings for your solutions, fostering standardization and aiming for a more efficient sales and realization phase.
- Provide expert advice to other business units within Swisslog, leveraging your logistics and solution design expertise.
- Collaborate closely with various other departments, including Solution Management, Simulation, System Engineering, and Product Development, to co-develop components of solution blueprints.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to regional teams through webinars and training sessions that you will conduct.
- Participate in and contribute to Project Design Review meetings at various levels.
Application Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Logistics, Business Engineering, System Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment consulting, logistics operations management, operations consulting, business modeling or solution design. Deep knowledge of Shuttle ASRS systems is highly appreciated.
- Experience in intra-logistics operations (e.g. retail distribution, online order fulfillment), automated material handling equipment and warehouse management software is essential.
- Strong background in process engineering, concept development and visualization.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders.
- Skilled in the development of Excel models (ROI, Flow, Stock)
- Proficient in English, additional language skills are a plus
- Team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) to our Swisslog offices
