Responsibilities
- Support the development of customer offerings, including identifying pricing, margins, and supporting materials.
- Implement and launch initiatives with regional teams to create buy-in and ensure successful adoption.
- Develop and share competencies with account managers and sales teams to enhance their ability to sell offerings across regions.
- Understand the needs of the regions and customers, building strong relationships with them.
- Identify new offerings relevant to the region and drive strategic and tactical initiatives to implement them.
- Recommend pricing for offerings within the market and identify opportunities for contractual improvements.
- Provide consultancy support on large commercial proposals and complex contracts.
- Collaborate with the asset management team to develop detailed and comprehensive value-based offerings.
- Work with the product development team to provide input into improvements for offerings.
Application Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of the logistics industry within automation
- Knowledge of customer service sales processes, ideally within the intralogistics automation sector.
- Ability to think in a logical and structured way.
- Inspired by driving change and improvements to customer experience.
