Join Us as Our New Sales Excellence Lead EMEA! We are looking for a dynamic Sales Excellence Lead for the EMEA region to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. In this pivotal role, you will optimize our sales operations and empower our sales team in achieving their goals. As the EMEA representative within our Global Commercial Excellence function, you will spearhead strategic implementation, align sales efforts, and drive harmonization initiatives. Your leadership will foster strong regional connections, promote effective teamwork, and ensure the successful prioritization of new sales initiatives. You will also play a key role in facilitating training & development and sales enablement.   • You will drive Sales Operations programs.
  • Sales strategy and Revenue Optimization.
  • Process improvement and Standardization.
  • Sales Enablement and Training.
  • You will manage internal Sales Operations meeting logistics.
  • Support Sales Leaderships in developing Salesforce or PowerBI reports and dashboards to enable decision making based on data and analytics.
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert for the Sales Process Landscape, ensuring and initiating continuous improvement and governance.

Act as regional superuser for our CRM system ensuring system accuracy and data upkeep in regard to key data needed for financial forecasts, resource management, customer management and capacity planning for open opportunities and ongoing customer projects.  

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • An education within engineering or other relevant technical area and industry experience from our intralogistics industry or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience from working with sales, customer support, sales controlling or sales operations organization and deep understanding of complex and solutions-based sales.
  • You have proven experience working with process improvement initiatives, continuous improvement and /or sales standardization programs.
  • You are a confident user of CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • We would consider it meritorious if you have experience of working in PowerBI and/or Qliksense for data management and analytics.
  • You are fluent in English in speaking and writing (German language skills in additional is desirable).
  The successful candidate has excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with people of all stakeholder groups. You are able to use your passion for sales and people skills to influence, motivate and engage colleagues and stakeholders around your area of expertise. You have a strong analytical and solution-oriented mind with an eye and passion for optimization and creating better ways of working to achieve our common goals.
