Responsibilities
- Keep employee and payroll data accurate and up to date across systems like SAP, Flex HRM, and SuccessFactors.
- Work closely with our payroll partner to ensure timely and correct salary payments, benefits, and adherence to local legislation.
- Be the go-to person for employees and managers when it comes to pay, pensions, HR systems, and admin questions.
- Collaborate with Finance and People & Organization team to manage payments, invoicing, and payroll-related reporting.
- Support annual administrative processes related to the employee life cycle.
- Make sure our documentation, policies, and employee handbooks are up to date and aligned with legal and union requirements.
- Look for ways to improve how we do things—bringing ideas to keep our payroll and admin processes efficient and compliant.
- Contribute to broader people initiatives, like time bank planning with unions and participating in our local Work Environment Committee.
Application Requirements
- A university degree in Human Resources, Administration or equivalent.
- You have minimum 5 years of experience from a similar role working with Payroll Administration where you have been working with taxes and pension. You also have experience of HR related administrative processes and tasks.
- You are a confident user of HR and payroll systems, preferably SAP, SAP Successfactors and Flex.
