Responsibilities
- HSE Approach: You drive and ensure global governance and harmonization of H&S and environment practices, guidelines, processes and tools. You define global HSE objectives and develop global initiatives to improve workplace safety, reduce incidents, and enhance employee well-being.
- HSE Management Systems: You develop all aspects of Swisslog’s HSE Policy and Management System (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and monitor the effectiveness of these systems. You define and maintain HSE processes, guidelines and templates, and ensure that policies align with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Compliance Auditing: You lead audits to assess compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across all departments and locations. You report findings and propose actions to improve compliance and safety standards.
- Safety Culture: You foster a proactive safety culture within the organization, lead initiatives that enhance safety behaviour and employee engagement in safety and environment programs.
- Quality Assurance: You occasionally support the quality assurance team in managing inspections and assessments.
Application Requirements
- You have several years of working experience in a comparable function with a technical background.
- You are experienced in formulating, implementing and revising H&S policies and procedures.
- You bring experience in managing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- You are familiar with Compliance Management.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English skills round off your profile.
