Responsibilities
- You will manage, motivate and develop Field Service engineers within a specific region (SWE and DK) within agreed and budgeted targets.
- You will ensure existing customer contracts are managed effectively, and support in advising your team and customers on Swisslog’s portfolio.
- Together with Account Managers you will support your team to identify future opportunities to further develop customer relationships and expand the customer offerings.
- Together with other Field service Teams in the Nordics you will collaborate regarding resource planning and competence development.
- You will be a regional process owner as well as owner of other Service related tools (calculation, resource planning, maintenance plans) and pursue new business opportunities as and when they arise
- As a leader of teams working on call and needing to find solution to acute problems, this will also require flexibility from the position holder.
Application Requirements
- It is essential that the successful candidate has formal training/qualification in electrical and mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- You are fluent in both English and Swedish and hold a valid driver’s license.
- We believe that the successful candidate has previous experience of managing a team and several years of working experience in an industrial environment as electrician, mechanic or similar role.
- We find it meritorious if you also hold a certificate in Safety & Health regulations and experience in setting and controlling budgets.
