Responsibilities
- Analyze and Improve: You will coordinate Quality Management aspects by analyzing CoPQ data, running root cause analyses, and defining actionable measures.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and initiate continuous improvement projects based on findings, sharing lessons learned.
- Ensure Compliance: Plan and conduct internal audits, attend process gates, and monitor adherence within Sales and Operations.
- Train and Coach: Provide training and coaching on Quality Management Systems to enhance team performance and knowledge.
- Support: Our global project organization to deliver successful projects and interact on this way with relevant other quality functions.
- Culture and People: Developing your Team, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and foster the awareness of Quality in the organization
Application Requirements
- You have proven Project Quality experiences
- You are certified as internal auditor (ISO 9001), and have Quality Management experiences (ISO 9001).
- You are familiar with Quality and Integrated Management Systems.
- Knowledge of relevant Quality methods (e.g. Root Cause Analyze, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)
- You are an experienced leader, ideally in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English skills round off your profile.
