Responsibilities
- Possesses a sense for customer’s requirements especially part sales related activities and proactive thinking to turn the requirement into revenue.
- Take lead on spare part yearly initiatives. For example, to coordinate with Account Managers and service team for sales campaign to boost spare part sales for the region.
- Roll out initiatives organize by Global Part Centre in the region.
- Source and purchase spare part from qualified suppliers and increase part profit margin.
- Prepare quotation according to customer enquiry with input from maintenance team.
- Follow up spare part delivery to customers.
- Coordinate the spare part package for existing and new customers.
- Analyst wear and tear part that need to be replaced according to install based.
- Maintain and update part pricing database in the system.
- Maintain new or obsolete spare part number in system.
- Check warranty part service.
- Responsible for company spare parts inventory and management.
- Prepare part sales statistical reports.
- Attend regular maintenance service on site locally and overseas to understand the install-based equipment condition.
- Understand company’s products in detail.
- Propose continuous improvement on part service and its processes.
Application Requirements
- At least a degree holder in Business administration, electro-mechanical or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in spare part sales support and its related activities.
- Independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Proficient in delivery Incoterms.
- Proactive with a strong customer and team focus.
- Working experience in automated material handling system is an added advantage but not essential.
- Proficiency in English.
- Computer literate with good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Excel).
- Efficient time management in the sense of result improvement.
