Responsibilities

Make an impact
  • Accompany our customers on their journey with Swisslog’s SAP EWM solutions, building trust and relation
  • Serve as the 1st and 2nd level support contact point for our customers
  • Get to know the ins and outs of our customers’ processes and implementations and gain hands-on experience with the future of warehouse automation
  • Cooperate closely with stake holders, key users and our internal SAP EWM project realization teams
  • Classify and resolve incidents and service requests
  • Identify, design, implement and test software changes
  • Perform root cause analysis and bug fixes for recurring and complex problems
  • Create knowledge repositories, solution guides and documentation
  • In coordination with the team, participation in a rotating on-call model

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of informatics/logistics or comparable training and experience
  • Be enthusiastic about solving puzzles and finding solutions, contributing to high customer satisfaction
  • Have a customer-oriented and analytical way of working and communicating
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP/EWM and/or basic understanding of warehouse processes
  • Experience with SAP EWM-MFS is an advantage
  • Experience in reading ABAP source code or programming is an advantage
  • Experience in dealing with on-call activities (separate remuneration) is an advantage
  • Flexibility for occasional assignments outside normal working hours
  • Good written and spoken English skills, good German skills is an advantage
  • A quick grasp of things rounds off your profile
