Responsibilities
- You will identify possibilities of improvements and upgrades and communicate these to the right stakeholder within Swisslog.
- You will work towards maintaining good customer relations and act as Swisslog’s public face and jointly with the customer plan, carry out work in a way that ensures good customer satisfaction.
- You will take part in continuous improvement initiatives and sharing knowledge within Swisslog.
- You understand the importance of Health and Safety regulations and make sure you always conduct your work in a safe matter.
Application Requirements
- It is essential that the successful candidate has several years of previous experience as a service technician, preferably within electronics or automation and broad experience in electronics, control systems, mechanics or pneumatics.
- You have a a technical degree or vocational certificate in a relevant area combined with strong administrative skills using different computer systems.
- You are used to trouble shooting and finding solutions to complex problems in a structured way.
- You are also used to working with documentation and reportings.
- You hold a valid drivers license and you are used to physical work and working at heights.
- You are fluent in Italian and English in writing and speaking. If you also understand Spanish we would consider it meritorious.
