Corporate governance & sustainability

As a globally active company we take responsibility for our employees, customers, society and the environment.

Corporate Governance

The object of corporate governance is to ensure responsible and sustainable entrepreneurship. As a member of the KUKA Group, Swisslog strictly follows the guidelines of the German Corporate Governance Code. Find more detailed information about Corporate Governance at KUKA and Swisslog on the KUKA website.

Corporate Compliance

Responsible Corporate Governance includes sound business practices within a clearly de-fined framework of ethical core values, lawful conduct and internal policies. This self-perception is an elementary part of KUKA’s and Swisslog’s corporate culture. By estab-lishing and maintaining a Compliance Programm and the further development into a Compliance Management System (“CMS”), we consequently fill this understanding with life. Please visit the KUKA website for further information on Corporate Compliance, the documentation of the CMS or to submit compliance concerns or complaints. The contact details of our Compliance Officers are also publically available so that employees as well as people outside the company can contact them.

Sustainability

Sustainability is anchored in the corporate culture of Swisslog and KUKA. As a future-oriented company, we strive for sustainability in every area – to the benefit of our people and the quality of our products and services. We also do this because we have a responsibility to society and the environment. Explore more with the dots below to find out how we drive sustainability in everything we do...

Social management systems and certificates

To support sustainable development and protect the health of employees, we work with quality management systems that ensure the safety of employees on construction sites, for example. This also includes extensive health management. Learn more about our certificates.

Environmental management systems and certificates

Through our environmental management system and energy management system, we ensure that the approach, extent and impact of our activities, products and services are appropriate. That is why we are continuously improving this management system and working to avoid environmental pollution.
